Hernandez guided La Verne to a 3-0 start to the season notching three goals and an assist for seven points. Hernandez began the campaign with both goals in La Verne’s 2-1 victory over St. Catherine including the game-winner in the second overtime frame. In the team’s 1-0 victory over William Jessup, she provided the assist on the game-winning goal before capping the week with another strike in extra time. The senior from Chino Hills, Calif. found the back of the net with 51 seconds left in the first overtime against UC Santa Cruz to complete the 1-0 win.

Aronson guided Chapman to a 1-1 week which featured a thrilling, 3-2 double overtime win over No. 16 Pomona-Pitzer, and a 3-1 setback to Cal Lutheran. Aronson netted the game-winner at the 101:44 mark with a one-time shot following a long through ball from Jordyn Bradbury to give the Panthers the victory. Aronson also assisted on Chapman’s first goal of the game which came in the 20th minute of action in response to the Sagehens’ first tally of the game which came just over a minute prior.

Cobian propelled La Verne to a 1-0-1 week in SCIAC action scoring the game-winning goal in a 2-1 victory over Whittier. With less than five minutes to play in regulation and the game-knotted at 1-1, the Leopards sent a corner kick to the back of the box where Cobian was able to head the ball into the net to give La Verne the 2-1 win. Earlier in the week, the sophomore defender from Covina, Calif. provided an assist on the Leopards’ second goal in a 2-2 double-overtime draw with Pomona-Pitzer.

Youngdahl directed Cal Lutheran to a pair of SCIAC wins during the week and the Regals remain unbeaten in conference action, improving to 5-0-1 on the season. Youngdahl fired five shots, three on goal in a 1-0 win over La Verne, before scoring the game-winning goal in a 1-0 thriller over Pomona-Pitzer. In her final campaign, the forward from Renton, Washington leads Cal Lutheran with five goals so far this season, and her 13 points is second in the SCIAC.

Talmi helped pace CMS to a 1-0-1 week highlighted by a 2-1 victory over Redlands, and a 0-0 double-overtime draw with La Verne. Talmi was an essential component of the Athenas’ backline which allowed just one goal in a span of 200 minutes as the defender helped break up multiple attacks over the course of two matches. The shutout against the Leopards was the third of the season for CMS, with all three clean sheets coming against SCIAC opponents.

Cobian guided La Verne to a 2-0 week with SCIAC wins over Occidental (3-2) and Pomona-Pitzer (1-0) to help the Leopards improve to 5-2-3 in league play. Against the Tigers, Cobian headed in a goal on a corner kick to knot the game at 2-2. La Verne eventually scored the game-winner with 18 seconds left in regulation. Against the Sagehens, the Covina, Calif. native assisted on what stood as the game-winning goal as the Leopards held on for a thrilling, 1-0 victory.

Kai helped pace Whittier to a 2-0 week which featured SCIAC wins over La Verne (3-0) and Pomona-Pitzer (2-1 OT). In the Poets’ 3-0 win against the Leopards, Kai was busy in the midfield, notching three shots with one on target, while also helping the defense post a cleansheet. Against the Sagehens, Kai netted the game-winner on strike to the far post over the keeper to give Whittier a 2-1 victory in overtime. The pair of wins gave the Poets six points and vaulted them into the top half of the conference standings.

Romo propelled Redlands to a 2-0 week and the third seed in the upcoming SCIAC Tournament as the junior midfielder netted the game-winning goals in the Bulldogs’ 1-0 win over La Verne, and 1-0 victory over CMS. Romo extended her goal total to five for the season, as Redlands notched a crucial six points to clinch a spot in the conference tournament. Romo fired three shots on goal, finding the back of the net twice en route to her four points on the week.
