SCIAC Student-Athletes Honored as CSCAA Scholar All-Americans

The Southern California Intercollegiate Athletic Conference (SCIAC) had all nine men's and women's swimming & diving teams secure Scholar All-American status as recently announced by the College Swimming & Diving Coaches Association of America (CSCAA).

The 18 SCIAC squads join join more than 700 teams from 460 institutions in NCAA, NAIA, and NJCAA divisions to receive this distinction. In order to earn this honor, teams must have a minimum grade-point average of 3.0 or higher and maintain a roster of 12 or more student-athletes.

Caltech led the men's institutions with a team GPA of 3.64, followed by Pomona-Pitzer at 3.58, and Claremont-Mudd-Scripps (CMS) at 3.45. On the women's side, the Sagehens lead the field at 3.72, followed by Redlands at 3.67. California Lutheran is third with a team GPA of 3.62.
