SCIAC Honors Female Athlete of the Week: Pomona-Pitzer's Megan Prior
PP: Megan Prior, Volleyball
Prior led the team to the Tournament Title at the
Bridgewater Invitational. The Sagehens went 4-0 on the
weekend defeating Sweet Biar, Southern Virginia, Randolph and host
Bridewater. Middle Hitter Megan Prior led the team with 50
kills, hitting an impressive .477 (50 kills-9 errors-86 attempts)
for the tournament and added 5 blocks to her performance. One
of her most impressive performances was against Southern Virginia
University where Megan posted 18 kills with only 1 error in 29
attempts. For her efforts, Megan was named to the All
Tournament Team.
