SCIAC Honors Female Athlete of the Week: La Verne's Jodi Lindsay

ULV:  Jodi Lindsay, Volleyball
A senior opposite from Alta Loma, Lindsay helped lead #9 ULV to a 5-0 week, including a 4-0 mark at the Leopard Invitational (Sept. 21-22).  A 2006 AVCA First Team All-American, Lindsay enjoyed a stellar weekend at the Leopard Invitational, averaging 3.48 kills per game while hitting .432 in the four matches.  She tallied 16 kills, hitting .667 in the tournament finale against Chapman.  Lindsay also tallied a match-high 11 kills a three-game win on the road over Redlands (30-24, 30-18, 30-13) on Sept. 18, as she reached double digits in kills in all five of her matches.
