Division III AVCA All-Region Volleyball Teams Announced
Five SCIAC players honored by region's coaches

Los Angeles, California -- The 2006 AVCA Division III All-Region teams have been announced and included five SCIAC players. Rachae' Bell (Redlands), Mo Coverdale (Cal Lutheran), Laura Laakso (Pomona-Pitzer), Crista Jones (La Verne), and Jodi Linsday (La Verne) were all named to the West Region Team.

Crista Jones, SCIAC Freshman of the Year, was also named the Western Region Freshman of the Year.

Other SCIAC players receiving honorable mention were senior Leslie Flores (La Verne) and freshman Jaclyn Beeton (Redlands).
