Palmer went 8-13 (.615) as CMS won twice at Chapman and swept Whittier at home to clinch a share of the SCIAC title. After going 3-6 with a run and an RBI against Chapman, she dominated against Whittier. She was 5-7 with four runs, three doubles, a home run and eight RBI against the Poets in 10-1 and 9-1 wins. Her slugging percentage in the two games was 1.571. She finished her first SCIAC season hitting .537 with seven home runs and 43 RBI, all team highs. CMS is 32-6 overall and 21-3 in SCIAC.
