USTFCCCA West Regional Rankings Released
The United States Track & Field and
Cross Country Coaches Association (USTFCCCA) announced their week
one Division III Men's and Women's Regional Cross Country Rankings.
Four SCIAC men's programs and four women's programs rank among the
top ten in the West.
On the men's side, the CMS Stags were ranked first in the West
region followed by Pomona-Pitzer (5th), Occidental
(6th) and Redlands (7th). The top ten
on the women's side included the CMS Athenas (2nd)
followed by Pomona-Pitzer (5th),
Occidental (7th) and Redlands
(8th). The CMS men's and women's teams were also ranked
in the preseason national rankings (28th and
33rd respectively) released on August 28.
