SCIAC Male Athlete of the Week:
Occidental's Eric Kleinsasser
OXY: Eric Kleinsasser, Cross Country
Eric Kleinsasser has been a stand-out harrier from day one
and he capped off his inaugural cross country season with a first
place finish at the SCIAC Championships at Prado Park en route to
leading the Occidental College Tigers to their third consecutive
SCIAC title. The Glendale, Calif. native finished the 8K in
25:43.15, a 30 second improvement from his performance at the SCIAC
Multi-Dual meet, which he also won. Kleinsasser is a big reason the
Tigers are currently ranked #32 in the nation.
