Adam Hayes improved upon his SCIAC Championship winning mark, as
well as reset his school record in the discus throwing 49.73 meters
(163 feet, 2 inches) at the Occidental Invitational this past
Saturday. He improved on his already NCAA Division III Provisional
mark set last week and moved into 18th place in the nation with
that mark.

Dinolov set a personal best in the 1500 meters by over 2.5 seconds
with a time of 3:50.98 at the Occidental Invitational. The time is
an NCAA qualifying mark and is currently 11th in the nation. His
time is third all-time at CMS. The SCIAC leader coming into the
meet with a time of 3:56.42, he now leads the conference by over
four seconds.
